Dana Auriemma has a background in dance, studying ballet and jazz for over 15 years. In 2003 Dana became an NSCA (National Strength and
Conditioning Association) certified personal trainer and AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) certified fitness instructor and has
taught over 400 hours of fitness classes. Dana began practicing pilates in 2001 and received her pilates instructor training through Balanced
Body University - a world renowned pilates educator. Dana created Pilates by the Bay to bring premier pilates training to Toms River, NJ.
