Use the online Web-Scheduler to cancel or change your appointments. If you do not have Internet access you can call or email the studio.
Pilates by the Bay encourages clients to schedule online with our Web-Scheduler! This will be the best way for you to immediately reserve open spots!
Phone & in-person scheduling is available if preferred or if paying by check or cash.

Please honor the 24-hour cancellation policy as a courtesy to the instructor and other clients looking for appointments and classes. If you can no longer make a
session or class you registered for you must cancel at least 24-hours in advance to receive a refund. Thank you for your cooperation!
