In these one-on-one sessions, clients receive undivided attention from the instructor and are
therefore able to advance more quickly than they would in a class setting. Private sessions
are customized specifically to the needs and personal goals of the client.
A good option for clients who wish to workout with a friend. Both individuals should have a
similar level of experience and availability.

Pilates Equipment
These dynamic classes include the Reformer, Wall Tower and Pilates Chair. The design and
spring tension on Pilates equipment provides resistance, support and encourages eccentric
muscle activity to lengthen and strengthen the muscles. (55min)

Cardio Kinesis
A unique cardio workout for your entire body on the Kinesis wall. This up-tempo class will
keep you moving as you pull, push, twist and lunge. (40min)

Kinesis Flow
A slower-paced class that will focus on fluid, controlled movements and incorporate range of
motion and balance work. (40min)

Pilates Jumpboard
A fun cardio class on the Pilates Reformer Jumpboard. Strengthen legs, abdominals,
improve alignment and coordination. (30min)

Pilates Mat, Arc or Ball
Beginner Pilates work on the mat, arc, stability ball and using props. Students will learn
proper muscle use and alignment while improving strength, flexibility and coordination.

Yoga (Anusara Inspired)
An alignment-based yoga class that comes from the school of Hatha Yoga and emphasizes a
"celebration of the heart" (55+ min)

Dance Fusion / Cardio Ballet
A high-energy, low-impact exercise class that teaches beginner dance moves (ballet, jazz &
modern) in a fun aerobic workout. No dance experience necessary! (55min)
