In these one-on-one sessions, clients receive undivided attention from the
instructor and are therefore able to advance more quickly than they would in a
class setting. Private sessions are customized specifically to the needs and
personal goals of the client.
A good option for clients who wish to workout with a friend. It is recommended
that both individuals have a similar level of experience a
nd availability.

An alignment-based yoga class that comes from the school of Hatha Yoga and
emphasizes a "celebration of the heart"
Pilates Equipment Classes include the Reformer, Wall Tower and Pilates Chair.
Limited to 4 students to each person can receive personal instruction and
corrections. Classes have designated levels to ensure each student is able to
enjoy a class best suited for their abilities and experience.
NOTE: We require clients begin with a few private sessions (or Reformer 101)
to learn pilates fundamentals and beginner exercises before joining a class.
A total-body workout on the KINESIS circuit wall. Limited to only 4 students to
each person can receive personal instruction and corrections.
This class will feature the pilates arc and include the use of rings, rollers, bands
and balls for a fun workout! Students will learn proper muscle use and
alignment while improving strength, flexibility and coordination.
This class will teach beginner Pilates mat work that will strengthen muscles in
the arms, legs and torso. Students will also use therabands, straps, rollers and
rings to stretch the entire body!
Get the best of everything! This class will alternate between Anusara Inspired
Yoga and Pilates mat work. Stretch & strengthen your entire body with an
invigorating mind-body workout that will integrate props such as therabands,
balls, and foam rollers.
