About Us: The Studio
Our new 3,000 sq. ft. studio is an upscale, professional place to enjoy your training.
The Pilates Studio is equipped with Peak Pilates Equipment and a variety of props (balls, bands, rollers, circles) to give clients a dynamic,
well-rounded pilates workout experience. Three semi-private spaces are available for classes and private sessions.
The Kinesis Studio features a 30 ft. Circuit Wall from TechnoGym USA. The spacious studio also offers pilates mat and yoga classes.

Studio Policies
Sessions. Students should strive to attend a minimum of 2 session per week as consistency and frequency are key to seeing results.
Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before your session is scheduled and quiet your cell phone.
Classes. Students must be able to safely and correctly use the studio equipment and perform the given exercises to participate in
classes.
Attire. Please dress in comfortable workout clothes. Avoid baggy clothes, jewelry or heavy scents. For pilates and yoga class, ToeSox(R)
are preferred and available for purchase at the studio.
Payments. Sessions must be paid for in advance. Credit cards accepted online. Cash, checks and credit cards accepted in the studio.
Call the studio at (732) 300-4917 to make a reservation if paying by check or cash. The studio reserves the right to refuse refunds, credits
or session transfers. Monthly billings may be cancelled at any time with 2 weeks notice to the studio.
Package Expirations. Monthly rate classes must be used within 4 week billing period. All packages expire in 3 months. Students
should chose the package they are able to complete within the given time period.
Cancellation Policy. A full 24 hour notice must be provided for all cancellations or session will be charged. When making an
appointment or registering for a space in class you are reserving the instructors time and studio space and without 24 hour notice we
cannot re-schedule your space. As a courtesy to the instructor and other clients looking for appointments and classes please honor this
policy. To be fair to all clients we cannot make any exceptions. If clients do not wish to assume the risk of a late-cancel charge, they may
book same-day classes and private appointments.

- Are educated about general muscle function - how muscles move the body and how to engage each muscle.
- Understand their own body (where they are strong, weak, tight, etc.) and what they need to do to improve it.
- Are improving their personal strength and flexibility and developing a more balanced body.
- Incorporate physical activity into their life outside the studio to enhance their health and well-being.
